ACBC launches the "green" heel. The green, recyclable and biodegradable heel is born. The new 'BeyondPlastic technology bears the signature of the eco-friendly footwear specialist ACBC and is set to change the production of heels for shoes, abandoning the use of traditional fossil materials such as plastic.

ACBC and Piquadro together with the Corner 2.0 line and Trekking footwear. The two brands, strongly sensitive to the theme of environmental protection, met again continuing their collaboration to give life to the SS23 collection. The synergistic expertise and intent of the two brands in guaranteeing a responsible and certified supply chain, also in the leather goods sector, has led to the creation of a new edition of the Corner 2.0 line by ACBC and Piquadro, the first range of eco-friendly footwear and accessories from company founded by Marco Palmieri, officially presented during the last 101 edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo.

ACBC' FreeBio ™ emerges, a replacement option for traditional animal leather and made from recycled wood pulp, calcium carbonate, polyurethane and polyester. Through this innovation, the company guarantees a component with a percentage of recycled materials equal to 79% against the remaining 21% of virgin material, confirming an increasingly marked attention to the protection of the planet's resources.

Start-up footwear firm ACBC, set to release the World’s Most Sustainable Shoes. On November 28, the company is launching a crowdfunding on Kickstarter to make the project happen.
