Refund policy
Only items returned within 28 days after delivery, in new condition and their original packaging, accompanied by the "Return Request" duly completed, will be accepted.
GREEN SNEAKERS Return
To start a return LOG IN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT and follow the instructions. Once the request of return is received, however, within 28 days after delivery of your order to you, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Do not worry, making the return is simple!
We'll kindly ask you to go to a national shipping center (Example: Poste Italiane) or to use your account with private shippers (Example: DHL - SDA - Bartolini - GLS - UPS - TNT) and make the shipment to our warehouse.
Moreover, for the returns from any extra EEC country, shipments must be of the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) type and we kindly ask the customer to provide us with a fiscal code, copy of the identity card and a copy of their statement to the local customs specifying the value of the goods.
We inform you that the shipping costs to our warehouse in Italy are always borne by the customer. We kindly ask you to pack the items properly, so the package does not arrive to the warehouse damaged. Otherwise, the cost of the damaged package will be calculated and extracted from the returned product's refundable value.

GREEN SNEAKERS Replacement
Would you like to change size or model?
Please LOG IN INTO TOUR ACCOUNT and follow the return instructions, specifying the size/model you would like to exchange it with, in note field. We accept requests for a replacement within 28 days after delivery of the order to you. The products to replace should be in new condition and their original packaging.
Please, note that Size fitting should occur indoor only, we do not accept items that were worn outdoor and have wear marks, and therefore such products may not be exchanged, nor refunded.
Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the product you would like to replace.
However, making the replacement is simple!
We'll kindly ask you to go to a national shipping center (Example: Poste Italiane) or to use your account with private shippers (Example: DHL - SDA - Bartolini - GLS - UPS - TNT) and make the shipment to our warehouse in Italy.

Please enter the order number (#EU-XXXX) in the transport document and specify the reason for the return (e.g. size too small/too big).
We kindly ask you to pack the items properly, so the package does not arrive to the warehouse damaged.
We inform you that the shipping costs to our warehouse are always borne by the customer. However, as soon as we receive a shipping confirmation from you via email, we will send the replacement for free.
GREEN SNEAKERS Refunds
Refund of a returned items.
Once we receive the items to be returned and inspect them, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the amount paid during placing an order excluding the shipping cost. Please note that the returned item get inspection the first Friday after the delivery of it to the warehouse.
The refund notification is automatic, so if you do not receive it, please check your spam folder too.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-refundable Items
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Please note that your right to return/exchange an item purchased with a gift card, a payment card, or a combination of them, is governed by this Return Policy.
However, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that Gift Card purchased online on the www.acbc.com can be used on www.acbc.com only.
The usage of a Gift Card while placing an order is not compatible with a usage of a discount code.
*Gift cards expire in 1 year from the date of purchase.
*Online orders on the www.acbc.com website cannot be returned to the Store. And purchases in the Store cannot be returned to the Online store. Please make your returns to the store of a purchase.
**The discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts and offers. Some brands and items may be excluded from the application of the code. The discount code is non-refundable in cash. Enter the code in the dedicated space at the time of payment "Discount Code".
