How to clean my Sneakers?
Remove the shoe laces before you clean your shoes to protect them from dirt. Laces in cotton or RePet clean using warm soapy water or a washing machine in a short and cold cycle.
Remove insoles and soak separately in a solution of mild, plant-based detergent and warm water. Air dry.
Follow the cleaning instructions according to the material your Sneakers are made of.
1. Wipe Them Down Regularly
Taking care of your Evergreen Hemp Fiber sneakers will help them last longer and keep them looking fresh. Make it a routine to dust off dirt from your hemp shoes and wipe them once a week with a wet rag. You can set them out to air dry and they’ll be as good as new. When you’re traveling, you can use specially formulated footwear wipes to keep your shoes clean and make sure no dirt ends up in your suitcase.
2. Spot Clean
While hemp has many great qualities, like not fraying, it is a very absorbent material. This means that a spill can easily lead to a stain on your shoes. To avoid marks setting in for good, apply a bit of mild detergent to any stains. Wash the area well with water. If the stain hasn’t disappeared, you can use a toothbrush to scrub the area to remove any lingering spots.
3. Avoid the Washing Machine
While durable, hemp can shrink, so it’s best to avoid using the washing machine when you need to clean them. For an allover clean, add a teaspoon of mild detergent to a gallon of warm water in a bucket and hand wash them by scrubbing with a sponge or brush. Set them out to air dry.
4. Use a Wipe for the Soles
Anytime you feel the sole of your shoes needs to be cleaned, scrub them with a solution of one tablespoon of baking soda and one tablespoon of detergent. Rinse thoroughly and enjoy your squeaky clean Evergreen sneakers.
1. Wipe down the fabric with a dry paper towel to remove any loose surface soil.
2. In a small bowl, mix one teaspoon of dishwashing liquid in two cups of warm water.
3. Working on a small section at a time, dip the toothbrush in the soapy solution and lightly scrub the fabric. Do not over-wet. Work with the grain of the fabric, moving all around the shoe to keep the color consistent and prevent spotting.
4. To remove any soapy residue, wipe the entire shoe with a paper towel moistened with clear water. You may need several towels to "rinse" the entire shoe.
5. Blot with a dry paper towel and allow the shoes to air dry away from direct heat and sunlight. To help some shoes hold their shape, stuff dry paper towels into the toes or heels until the shoe is completely dry.
1. Use a soft brush to tackle any dust / dried mud.
2. Avoid using sponges to clean your Corn Based sneakers. Instead, use a clean damp cloth. Wipe sneakers with a damp cloth (not wet) and then let the material dry naturally. Never wipe harshly.
3. Do not wash in a washing machine.
1. Avoid using water to clean your Grape Based sneakers. Water causes leather to shrink and it may dry the Grape material out over time, which can make your shoes stiff and wrinkly.
2. Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dirt or debris from your shoes.
3. To remove stubborn scuffs and marks, please use a leather cleaner and soft brush. Put a small amount of leather cleaner on a soft-bristled brush (please check your chosen leather cleaner instructions first) and gently wipe the surface of the Grape Based sneaker with the bristles. Work the cleaner into the Grape Based surface by moving the brush back and forth, as if you’re dusting your shoes. Continue brushing until the Grape Based sneaker is restored to its former glory.

2. If you need to get rid of a difficult stain, use a soft shoe brush. The best way is using a bit of water and soap, and circular movements. Get the soap out with a wet cloth, and let it dry away.
3. Do not use polishing cream.
1. Clean Fruit Based sneakers with a wet cloth and some soap, and circular movements. Avoid using sponges.
2. Get the soap out with a wet cloth, and let it dry away.
3. Do not use polishing cream.
4. Do not wash in a washing machine.
1. Brush off excess dirt with a towel or soft brush.
2. Use a neutral, mild wool detergent, and avoid bleach or heavy duty detergents.
3. Machine washing. Your shoes are machine-washable but you have to follow certain conditions. Put shoes in a linen bag and wash in a washing machine preferably using a washing machine-approved wool cycle. If you don’t have an approved wool cycle, make sure to set the washing machine to use cold water and a wool or delicate cycle.
4. Air dry your shoes. Do not tumble dry your wool shoes.
Use a shoe brush with a bit of water and soap. Wash sneakers using circular movements to keep the fabric looking uniform. After washing the colors may fade, and that’s why you should be extra gentle and use less water.
1. Clean the upper material with a damp cloth. In the case of stubborn stains, you can scrub them under running water using a soft brush or a cloth soaked in curd soap. Then rinse, dab with a cloth moistened with water and let the shoes dry in a shady place.
2. If the mud has dried, first scrub with a brush and, if this is not enough, wipe with a cloth as previously described.
